Position Description:
Work as part of an agile Datawarehouse team. Responsible for the design and development of reporting and analytics capabilities utilizing the Cognos reporting suite.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business BI requirements
- Experience building complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Experience analyzing data and interpreting results
- Knowledge of OLAP analysis and cube development
- Ability to analyze and develop reporting systems architecture
- Logical data modeling experience
- General database knowledge and expertise in SQL
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Expertise in developing Cognos 8 Framework Manager models
- Expertise in developing complex Cognos 8 reports and dashboards in Report Studio and Analysis Studio
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in ETL development and scripting.
- Experience with Teradata.
- Cognos Advanced or Master level certification preferred.
